I am a physician forced to use Kareo. The office was recently bought by a company that also uses Tebra/Kareo and we all figured this would be an easy transitionjust move/reassign our files into their account, right? Wrong. Tebra customer service is the worst I have experienced. They will mislead you and tell you things on the phone just to get you off the phone and then not honor what they said on the phone. They continue to try to bill me for August but my account is closed and I have no access to it. They were supposed to close it at the end of July but didn't do it, didn't document any of our conversations from 7/7, 7/25 about closing the account. It is with great sadness that I had to contact this company and that I share this review.My husband a physician, has been a client of Kareo (Tebra) for many years. On May 4, 2023 he suddenly passed away.As his wife and business manager, I have been left the task of closing his medical practice. I have had many entities to contact and contracts to cancel. Signed up for billing services with this company. Was not able to download the software used for billing. Canceled contract, sent a $2000 invoice . Called for clarity accused by loyalty department of lying. Terrible customer service and out to cheat customers to buy anything this company sells
I have a great meting with ************** going over the website and see what changes we can do to make it better for more traffic in the website and he has great recommendations, we both come to an agreement and what to do at this time and go from there is was a very pleasant meting.
Kareo was recommended by a colleague. I decided to give it a try. I should have requested a demo first. The representative was very convincing and I decided to pay for service. I viewed the *** and the contents does not align with my current business. I attempted to cancel the same day but the representative waited until the next day to respond and provide information to cancel service. I started using Tebra in 2020 when it was Kareo. As a single provider telehealth urgent care practice, Tebra is a great fit! The *** is easy to use for my patients and myself. If I had any questions or needed any clarification about billing, ***, etc. Tebra staff was accessible and patiently answered my questions. It is always a pleasure to speak with Tebra staff. They are so pleasant and always show that they are invested in seeing my practice succeed. I have and will continue to recommend Tebra to any and everyone.
I will never recommend Kareo. I am start-up, single-practitioner. I did not want to sign up for a year commitment and my sales representative lied to me saying I could have a 4 month trial period. I tried to deactivate my account within that 4 month period andheard nothing back from the company...that was two months ago. I wrote multiple times, to multiple departments. I now have cancelled all furture payments through my bank.
Stay away from this company!!!!! Last year on 5/4/2022 spoke to *******. We opened acct. It didn't work out for **. In July of 2022 ******* informed ** that acct is closed, and we will get reimbursed from 5/4/2022. We were continued to charge $780/month for 14 months.I called on 5/8/23 spoke to ****.
