Appointment was set for Wed. day before Thanksgiving 2020 for a long time. Day before appointment, a woman calls to ask to make it earlier in the day. I couldn't due to work . I chose this time fore a reason! Then a couple hours later, a man, presumably management calls and simply cancels it, saying nurse not available. I had to go next week and take off work. Unfortunately I have been here three times over the last six months for pre-surgery testing. It has been by far the worst experience of the entire preparation for surgery. Long waits for no apparent reason, irrelevant and redundant questions, and then long waits for bloodwork again for no apparent reason. Computers, when they're working cause no end of confusion to the techs and the tech has twice had to leave the interview to go elsewhere to input info.
