Everyone was nice and professional. There was virtually no wait time. I got a few rx which was filled almost immediately. I was very impressed. I never had a walk in visit go this good. The team at this location needs to be recognize for an outstanding job.
I visited patient first capital Heights location and my doctor was amazing. Dr. Christina Council took time to do a thorough exam. Explain the medication that she was given giving. I am great for Dr. C Council and her taking time which you don’t get anymore from when you go to visit even your primary care, but she was amazing she took time she did the physical. She broke down the medication. She broke down the side effects. I’m grateful to her. Thank you Dr. Christina Council!!!!

My experience was Outstanding!! From the moment I walked in, from the front desk, to the Medical Assistant, to the Provider and the Nurse who gave me a shot. Everyone was very professional.
