I got turned away & I was willing to do SELF PAY! Which is crazy to me. The lady at the front with the bob was trying to explain why I couldn’t be seen & it still did not make any sense to me why because I’ve been to patient first numerous times & I was able to do self pay! Also she was not trying to let me speak to a manager or supervisor which I find strange! I won’t ever come to this patient first ever again…
