I was taking my son to patient first on Sunday September 2nd at 945 PM. I noticed online that they close at 10pm. I called and spoke with the receptionist. I started that I was on my way and wanted to make sure my son would be seen. she told me the "doors automatically lock" at 10pm. I was 2 minutes away and I pulled into the lot and the women ran and locked the door, smiling and laughing with 2 co workers. My first time there and it was quick and very good. Everybody was nice and friendly Dr explained me everything and gave me the right treatment.
Absolutely prefer going here over the ER 10 out of 10 times you ask me. They are quick, efficient, but most importantly they are friendly! My son suffers from anxiety, but I never even have to worry about being subtle and pulling anybody to the side to ask them to be extra sensitive because they are just that great with how they treat him! I'm so grateful for them! Sinus infections, stitches, strep, you name it, we are there!
I go there for everything. Infections to kidney stones. They provide quick service and even have a pharmacy on-site. Lab capability for blood and urine tests as well as x rays. Received IV drip for exhaustion and very pleasant. Actually makes going to the doctor pleasant and not a burden. They move you in and out with efficiency and are very skilled and professional.
It's a great alternative to the ER. Waiting period depends on what time you go. They can do all testing right there and even fill new prescriptions.
