the lady that called us back was extremely rude and unprofessional..she will be reported and a follow up will need to be addressed...will contact corporate with more details
The nurse that was attending me in the room was unprofessional with smart remarks about the x-rays and ankle. If you don’t want to work and do your job then stay home. Never got a timetable of how long my ankle is going to be injured for and how serious the injury is.
RecommendedPatient First is my primary care, so I always plan to see the same doctor. I have been seeing Dr. McGee for several years now and she ALWAYS takes care of me!
Well I was misdiagnosed twice once I was I didn’t have pneumonia and in fact I did!! Second time was recently when I came in with foot pain, I was told I have a bone spur and plantar fasciitis I don’t have either I have gout!!
Physicians Assistant, Chris G, Didn't know what to do, so he just sent me home - unable to drive, should not have been on the road, I was a danger to everyone on 422 that day. But he couldn't ask an actual doctor for help, search the web, or even LISTEN to a word I was saying. Complained thru channels, trying to alert them to a major safety issue, was blown off and given my fee back. You take your life in your hands here - BEWARE

much faster service than going to an emergency room and the staff is very friendly
Megan Ludwig and Jason Westrick all the two best PA'S and the whole facility is premier Megan and Jason saved my life more than once they work as a team I think the world of them I'm sure the other doctors and PA's are good also they leave no stone left on turned. the thing that I like the most is you can get your x-rays your blood work all done within a half an hour the only thing they are messy is an MRI and Cat scan I have the very best in the.
