Patient First is a less than average establishment. They are constantly creating issues with my billing and insurance, trying to get me to pay unnecessary money because THEY didn't send required paperwork to my insurance in order for them to cover my medical bills. There is always an issue with them. Not to mention they take hours to see me. I've only ever seen one doctor who has spent time seeing me and who hasn't been in and out in minutes as if they couldn't care less about helping me.
This place here I give them a standing ovation!!!!!
The service is ok but they could be a little faster. Sometimes the wait is to long especially if you have a sick child or you are really sick. They need to hire more staff or better people who know what they are doing!
Each time I come and one particular DR is on staff, service is horrible and the Wait time isn't suppose to be equivalent to an ER visit but it seems that way here.
Need to change the name to Patient Worst. The only place you can listen to the nurses talk about weekend plans than check on a patient who has been sitting here for two hours. This place is a joke.
You might have to wait a bit but it's great care, friendly and a one stop shop. Meds and all.
Fabulous nurses and doctors very knowledgeable. Outstanding service.
