I took my grandson to this location. They refused to treat him for a second degree burn because they could not verify his health insurance. I told them that I could pay for the service, as my daughter wasn't there (because she was at work) and did not have his medical card with her. I was informed by the medical receptionist that I could not pay for the services because of the type of insurance that he has. What? Avoid this location at all cost. Tonight my daughter was diagnosed with the flu at another facility, after going to this location Christ,as Eve for the same battery of test. The doctor was a quack, who could not even be understood. He and the nursing staff was terrible.

They don’t care and leave you in a room when your having trouble breathing for 2 hours!! I just left and am going to the hospital instead!

Patient First in Waldorf just turned me away because they say I owe them money from 2016. I feel so bad from bronchitis and the flu and they told me that I would not seen. I thought they were good but they are the worst...I will never go back.
It would be lovely if you trained your employees to be more inclusive and not revert to their own hateful bias. I know you kind of apologized but the child in question DID need medical care. Please remove racist, ignorant employees from your clinic.
