Staff was amazing today when we came in with our daughter having an asthma attack. She was treated quickly, effectively, and professionally. Their staff respected my knowledge of her condition, as a mom that's a nurse. I would give them 10 stars if I could!! Thank you thank you thank you! From the Lee family.
Look once I actually get service it's pretty good but I haven't come here one time and not waited over an hour in this room. I do need to go to work sometime today but it was either waste an hour now or later when I have my kids. So my work has to suffer. Couldn't it really be patient first?
Check in was very efficient ...but room is hot.. And I have been sitting in this room waiting for a doctor for an hour.. Not one person has checked on me even after I had to open the curtain for some air...
I had fast service and everyone who works here are friendly and care. I definately recommend them for care.
They saved my life. I went there with what I thought was bronchitis, turned out I was having a heart attack. The staff at Patient First was excellent, took care of me until the Goodwill Ambulance arrived. Excellent and knowledgeable staff, I'll never be able to thank them enough!
