Took my son there on Easter evening for stitches on his leg. The staff was awesome!!! We did not have to wait long. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. The doctor really took the time to explain what she was doing to my very nervous 13 year old. Even though the doctor had worked the entire Easter Sunday she was pleasant and comforting to us. We will definitely use this facility over an emergency room visit!

Been here twice, the PA Brian Is uneducated and clueless. Both my husband and son had ear infections and this PA said it was merely excess ear wax causing their severe ear pain. We will NEVER come back here... Again!!!!
Long wait time, even though there was hardly anybody there. Really unfortunate because I was excited that an Urgent Care was coming to Pottstown. Rude, rough and unprofessional staff. I had a couple bad experiences but working in healthcare myself, I realized a facility is only as good as the staff so I thought it might be different during the day versus at night, NOPE! I was wrong. This past time I went, will be my last time. Very unfortunate.
Horrible service, extremely long wait times and unprofessional staff. Truly, the worst medical facility I've ever been to.
