I am currently at this location, been sitting in the room for almost hour and 1/2 without anyone coming in to do anything. This place needs a reality check and needs to attend to patients in a timely manner.

We always get a thorough exam and accurate diagnosis. Been going for all kinds of visits, including labs, xrays, winter ailments and the service is predictable with the front office, wait times are (imo) shorter than many other docs and they take all patients. I actually got a migraine diagnosis where I had been told ELSEWHERE it was sinus pressure and hormones made it worse to just use nasal spray or that they were tension headaches. Always have to wait forever to get seen by the doctor anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour waiting in the room. Just terrible!
I work nontraditional hours and I have been thrilled with my medical care at Patient First. I have come in at open and an hour before close, no difference in care. This location is the best in the area. I would much rather come here than an emergency room any day for flu and other non-emergency care.
Sat in the doctors room for over 45 minutes(not the wait room). There were only a few patients here and most nurses/doctors were standing around. Had to actually ask someone to acknowledge me. Horrible service out of all the Patient First I have gone to.
