Every time I come here, I wait 4 hrs to be seen, i dont know, mabe they should hire more doctors, i only see one doctor working per shift.
My visit started with Fatima checking me in; my first visit. My shoulder pain got me through the door; what a most pleasant experience. I neglected to get the names of the triage nurse, radiology technician and the Doctor. My bad. Exquisite treatment from them all. I felt the care and kindness of every staff person in the facility. They enjoy their job. Thank you to everyone who made this old lady feel much better. Oh and thank you for coming to my neighborhood. The best hour I've spent during the last week.
I went to the odenton office with possible bronchitis and the turned me away because of an 80 bill from my son in 2012 I offered to pay 30 towards it and set up plan...they said no u have to pay whole thing...seriously!!! I see they care more about money than patients well being...that's OK I gave my business to rite time
This place is complete joke! Never going back. Medical staff are flukes
We waited an hour with 12 year old throwing up in a bag in the waiting room watching 5 sets of people who came in AFTER us being called back. When I said something, they noticed her name was not even on the list to be called back! Then we go back and no one even checks on us for an hour and my daughter is STILL THROWING UP! I had to ask for the doctor to even be seen! I was told by the doctor that she was waiting on blood work to be done! No ma'am!
