My husband had been ill for a few days and has gotten worse. His primary care is closed on Saturdays so we decided to try patient first in Odenton. Amazing service from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor. All the staff has a pleasant demeanor and very professional. Dr Billie Downing was exceptional. Will definitely go back.
My 3 year old son banged his head on my counter which resulted in his eyebrow being busted open. His primary couldn’t do stitches and suggested I go to the urgent care. The wait was short, the staff was great. Poor kid had to get 3 stitches and the doctor and nurse took their time and made it as painless as possible. They gave him some goodies and my son thanked the doctor and high fives the nurse on the way out. Gave me peace of mind and the job the doctor did stitching him up was fantastic! This was at around 6:20pm on a W... read more
We got here at 715pm for a sports physical. It is now 9pm and the Doctor has seen 5other patients that came after us. No one has come in to check on us or update us on how much longer. I am very angry at this point.
I called first asking if they could treat my knee, I was told yes. Then the PA who saw me said no they had no resources for what I needed and the proceeded to tell me she could only prescribe motrin and acted as if i was there for pain killers. First off not once did I ask or suggest I wanted pain meds, all I needed was a cortisone injection which my ortho doc couldnt squeeze me in and asked me to go to urgent care. Not everyone is there for drugs, some people actually go because they need to or are guided by their physician... read more
We arrived here at 7:30pm and were still sitting waiting at 9:45pm to see a doctor. My daughter had an allergic reaction and broke out in a rash all over her body. I understand that this is not an emergency but there should be no reason for us to have to wait this long while people that arrived after us came and left hours before us. This place is ridiculous. Not coming back!
They ket me wait for an hour in a small room without even checking on me. I had to remind them just in case they forgot that some one was in that small room waiting. They said they are waiting for flu test results. I couldn’t believe it! The day before, i took my daughter to Ouch urgent care and the waiting was not that long. The staff are more caring!
Literally the WORST. I’ve come on 2 occasions- once because I had no other choice. Second for a work injury. Both times I was there for over 2.5 hours. First time was 3:45!!!!! They stick you in a room and hear from NO-ONE! Insane and ridiculous. I’d rather go to Hopkins ER than sit here. Run away. This place does not put patients 1st at all.
long wait and medicine is so expensive too much antibiotic cost me at cvs 2.50 centsat patients first with insurance 15 dollars, i will never take my family at that place
