We took my daughter here due to a finger that was painful, red and swollen from a cut. The doctor sent us home saying it was fine. "The tendons are fine" whatever that means. Even with me prodding, "it's really red and swollen." The next day we had to have her back at our physicians office because pus was pouring out of her finger. She was put on high dose antibiotics for 10 days. Today I received a bill for the visit. We payed a $30 copy, insurance paid 140 and now they want $40.00 more for us? So $70 from me for non treatm... read more
Visited tonight for an earache and loved it. Very clean, very organized and very professional! Had a great experience, with very little wait time as the waiting room was EMPTY at 5:00 pm at night! Staff was friendly, respectful and courteous! Had a very pleasurable experience!
was out of town visiting sister for the holidays & had a non life threatening medical emergency - ER visit would be outrageously expensive so chose to go to PatientFirst Clinic which was fairly close by Very modern, up-to-date clinic - Clean, organized, easy access/easy to get to, staff very friendly, courteous, & professional; short wait time (approx 15 mins on my Saturday PM Christmas weekend visit... Awesome service, everybody I dealt with there was very very nice, I would definitely go back again and I recommend this place to anybody in need of urgent care!

This place is so much better then going to hospital ...clean, and everyone was so so nice !!! My experience down to xrays was pleasant!!!!
