Horrible experience as a Veteran! They do not accept VA Insurance!!! Troubling!
Received very nasty treatment from a "nurse" named Katrina. Try Velocity or MDExpress where you can be treated as a human being and with respect.
The staff needs to First learn PROPER CODING instead of looking for something close. When the patient has an issue with their Insurance company being Improperly Bill because the Patient First Staff does not use the Correct Coding, Patient First Management becomes Rude and Passes the Issue on, Leaving it UNRESOLVED. The first reaction is to pass the patient off to as many people as they can because each person's response is 'It's not my job to handle patient complaints. I hoped to be leaving a better review,l;however, that is just simply not the case. On Tuesday, 4/23/19, I brought my sister here for increased dsypnea and chest pain. I let her off at the door, for her to check in and decrease the steps she needed to take. Upon entry she electronically checks in,& then informs your staff member,Nilisa Jimenez, of her symptoms, as your sign instructed her to do.
