Care continues to decline visit upon visit. The receptionist and nurses are always super upbeat and friendly however Physician Assistants fail to treat parents. Yung is quick to advise to go to an emergency room without preforming examination and completing standard care. When you come in and tell the representatives that over the counter medications and relief medications are not effective they will still recommend to take Motrin instead of Tylenol. You can tell the PA that you have preformed tests multiple times and they w... read more
I recommend ppl find another place completely went in the Gainesville one to have a limes test done showed them the rash and they wouldn’t even test for it said it would be opening up a can of worms and to go to a specialist shouldn’t I find out before I waste the specialist time patient first more like patient last what a joke
I've been twice, the first doctor I had was amazing... the second he was quick and laughed at some of the things I said.. the lab tech on the other hand calmed me down and helped me when I started to get upset.
Very fast service in and and out in 30 minutes plus I left with my medicine

Told them I faint with shots, they gave me a shot of antibiotics I told them i didnt want (found out from 2 different REAL doctors later that it was completely unnecessary),AFTER WAITING OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF TO BE SEEN, was left alone immediately. I fainted off the gurney, and bashed my head in on the floor. 6 eyebrows stitches later and a HORRIBLE black eye, I had to fight for a doctor's note! Both the ER techs and EMTs told me to never go to a Patient First, they're always having "accidents".
Got me through quickly. Very thorough. One stop shopping with all the latest stuff. Literally less than 45 minutes start to finish including pharmacy dispensary.
