RecommendedProbably the friendliest UC I’ve been to! Wonderful staff, very knowledgeable, wonderful bedside manor.
Staff was so friendly and attentive, made a painful physical experience, a pleasant mental one. Wait time was nothing, and I felt like a real person, not just another in a long line of bodies to be treated, despite getting there right at closing, when I’m sure everyone was ready to go home. Will definitely be sharing this A plus experience with friends and family!
Fast, clean, and friendly! The phlebotomist who did that blood draw was super quick and my son never felt the needle go in! Everyone was exceptional. Highly recommend.
Patient First Gainesville is very clean and all staff is super nice! They truly care about the patients that come in!
I called to make sure they could take care of a deep split lip and they said Yes so, my husband took my son to have his deep, bleeding split lip checked out. When they got in the nurse took a quick look, gave him paper towels and left. They waited for almost 2 hours with him bleeding and in pain. The nurses were dancing and joking around outside my sons room. When I got there I realized how deep the cut was and that he would likely need stiches so I got a nurse to come in and take another look...she hadn't realized how deep ... read more
Over a three hour wait for a follow up appt and a printed prescription because they were out of stock. Never again. I would not recommend this place!
This place is to slow. They take their sweet time coming to your room. Kid med is so much faster!
