I had a worker compensation case in which patient first billing department didn't send the bill to the billing company. Instead send it to collections. Never bothered to contact me or send a bill to me. Finally i get a call from collections and i contact the worker compensation. They told me that they never received any bill. We've been in a doctor's room in the back over an hour. We are considering getting up and leaving and I think we are going to. What a joke.
Continue north to Chester! I just sat in my room for almost an hour waiting on a chest x-ray that hadn't even been ordered. Now, I get to wait for the doctor. Yay!
They only care about money. Don't go there if your really sick. All they care about is how you are going to pay them.
I don't feel like they did their best to find out the reason why I was in so much pain. They really didn't examine me ,they acted like they didn't want to touch me.
Been in a room for 1:30 minutes for a doc to come in and his next words after hello my name is... Were I don't know why she told you to come back for a follow up....yeah I'm totally done with this place
Very hit or miss in my opinion !
