First of all many who came in after me went in first. Then I was diagnosed with bronchitis and no antibiotics. I will not waste my time or money there again. Now I will have to see my real physician tomorrow. I am done.
RecommendedI have had nothing but EXCELLENT care at Patient First. The staff is very friendly and concerned The drs take their time as permissable . We use them as our PCP and very satisfied. If one doesn't go in with an attitude of they are the most important and don't understand the concept of URGENT CARE.. they will be disappointed! I give them 10 out of 10 🙋🙋🙋🙋
RecommendedThis center has always been good to me. I have been coming here for years. It's nice to have a primary care that is walk-in and that is open 365 days a year. Great staff too!
The doctors rush and dont treat you as a important patient they misdiagnose and still get billed In the end.

The lady that worked at the front where the sign in computer was is the rudest human I’ve ever encountered. Yesterday she was so rude in front of my 5 year old that to stop me from acting out of character, I left and drove 30 minutes out the way to the one In Chester. Our pediatrician has been swamped due to flu season and we’ve visited this location three times in two weeks and what would ya know MY KID NEVER GOT A DIAGNOSIS, MEDICATION AND IS STILL SICK 3 WEEKS LATER.
