After being a patient for a couple of years I’m finally done. This place has been nothing but a headache, constantly messing up my appointments. I would confirm, then show up and be told my appointment was canceled. I would call to schedule telehealth and be told my provider didn’t offer it when I had been seeing them via telehealth for over a year by that point (then scheduled me after leaving me on hold for 10+ mins). AP prescribed the wrong medication not once, but twice and never got back to me so I went a week without medication. In five months I had three appointments cancelled at the last moment, once I was at the window signing in when I was told my appointment was cancelled. Completely unprofessional. Inconsistent treatment can be worse than no treatment at all. Please, for the sake of your mental health, find another provider.
