AP prescribed the wrong medication not once, but twice and never got back to me so I went a week without medication. In five months I had three appointments cancelled at the last moment, once I was at the window signing in when I was told my appointment was cancelled. Completely unprofessional. Inconsistent treatment can be worse than no treatment at all. Please, for the sake of your mental health, find another provider.
Laura helped my fiance understand her emotions better but after having to reschedule 2 sessions they dropped her from service without a reason. After reaching out to get more information we've been competely ignored. Laura is a great therapist but the office's ability to communicate with their patience is lacking heavily.
If you care about your children , avoid this place.
