After being a patient for a couple of years I’m finally done. This place has been nothing but a headache, constantly messing up my appointments. I would confirm, then show up and be told my appointment was canceled. I would call to schedule telehealth and be told my provider didn’t offer it when I had been seeing them via telehealth for over a year by that point (then scheduled me after leaving me on hold for 10+ mins).
