Dr. Ma and his team were great! I hope I don't need another root canal, but if I do, I would return. Dr. Ma had availability for the times and dates that worked best for me. The facility is new and clean with the state of the art equipment - a whole dental microscope! Dr. Ma also assured me throughout the process and kept me informed during the procedure. He even gave a count down of how many more minutes were left in the procedure as he was working to put me at ease. Thank you so much!
The visit was very organized and the staff was efficient at their job. But, it was cold in the office. I'm glad I took my coat. The Dr explained everything quite clearly and I went away very pleased with my visit. Thank you very much Dr and staff.
The service was amazing. It is such a clean place. All staff members were very courteous and the doctor is very professional.
The doctor and his team were very informative, extremely professional, and their chair side manner made you feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Pathways to friends and family. No one wants to have oral surgery, but if you’re going to have it, I would highly recommend Pathways in Morgan Hill. John Day
As soon as I was escorted to the surgery room the assistant proceeded to take x-rays of my tooth. As soon as Henry Ma the endodontist stepped up he looked at the x-rays and continued to tell me that if the said tooth has a crack in it my dentist is going to have to extract it, Henry Ma also stated that there's no guarantee that my tooth will accept the root canal treatment and that it will have to be extracted anyway, So by this time I'm already very uncomfortable by the way he started out with me.
