Unauthorized purchase on my debit card. I live in Georgia and there was a purchase made in Texas on my card. I have repeatedly tried to contact these idiots to see why and who did it and they just will not answer the phone or call me back
Thrive Pet Healthcare is a subscription scam. I have repeatedly attempted to cancel and am now disputing charges with my bank. I have contacted Thrive, but have not received a response. Reporting Thrive to the BBB.
I can’t say enough great things about Thrive! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming—not just to me, but to my pets too. This place is a joke. Once i sent corporate the lies i received and the outrageous bill from the South Atlanta Veterinary Emergency vet they will no longer message me back. This is a money hungry vet and our pets deserve better. On August-19-2024 my Cane Corse Remi was at this vet. I was told she needed a blood transfusion. After going over everything we paid for the transfusion and a few hours later I get a call that she also needs a plasma transfusion.
