Lovely staff.
Terrible Customer Service. Woman answering phones has no clue what she is doing. She was lost for 10 minutes and just kept saying "okay, okay and okay. When she did realize what i was needing she transferred me to Karen DE Leon who is just another nightmare to deal with. Instead of just complying with my request she began to rudely question my intentions and degrade other insurance companies.
