My wife bought a ticket for my mother. They gave wrong information by saying you can take 2 pieces. When we went to the airport, at the counter they told me you can only take 1 piece. I called Kamal and asked him how come they are asking me to pay for 1 piece. He said oh you can only take 1 not 2. I got very upset because I called a day before the flight and Aveen told me that you can take 2 and he hang up on me. They are only nice to you till they get your money after that they don't care at all.
