Their sales managers and teams are EXTREMELY non responsive and don’t honor signed contracts. Avoid any property managed by this group. No response from corporate either on issues I had.
Pathfinder Hospitality was the group to oversee the opening of a new Aloft hotel property in South Austin. We had booked the hotel for our wedding room block a year in advanced (especially since it was the same weekend as ACL and we wanted to ensure rooms for our guests well in advance) with anticipated opening of April 2022.
