Had a great experience with Dr Pathak. I understand the demands on our medical system, so I wasn't expecting a long appointment, but he still managed to be thorough with his examination, answer all my questions, and constantly asked me if I had any other concerns. He clearly explained the game plan moving forward and I never felt rushed. Efficient, knowledgeable and genuinely attentive.
Had recent surgery done by Doctor Pathak. Very pleased with the outcome. He extended my life thank you! Also a thank you to Dawn his receptionist . Very helpful and accommodating with scheduling appointments. Doctor Pathak is an excellent surgeon.
Genuinely the most helpfully patient-forward medical appointment I’ve had in years! Dr. Pathak was very organized, constantly centring what i was looking for out of the referral appointment in terms of next steps, and very knowledgeable about other parts of the health system i could continue onto. Very respectful, concerned with patient comfort. 10/10 experience, a far cry (in a great way!) from a lot of the rushed “let’s get you out the door ASAP” appointments I have become used to!
I have tried to call the clinic several times in a day for multiple days at several different timing during the day just for the hopes that I would get a response. I have been trying to contact the clinic for the past week now calling them everyday to reschedule my appointment but no one picks up.
Dr Pathak removed a hearing aid dome from my deep inside my ear canal . His expertise was very impressive . He was very kind and sympathetic as well !
