Dr Pathak looked after my mother in 2007 and I have seen him several times since then for throat issues. He is a kind and caring man. But more importantly he is an excellent doctor. His receptionist Dawn is one of the nicest and most competent people I have ever found in that position.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely a HUGE waste of time, after waiting for weeks to see him.... He barely had looked in my throat at all. Was the fastest and dumbest doctor's appointment I have ever been to. Went to get a second opinion and actually received the care I needed.
seriously disappointed with my experience. it was very clear that Dr Pathak was not interested in helping me as he continuously interrupted me and pretty much just brushed me off. I ended up seeking a second opinion and now I am finally getting the surgery that I need. while it worked out in the end, this experience added months if not years of time waiting for appointments and tests when I could have been getting the help I needed sooner had I been taken seriously the first time.
Thanks to the friendliness of Dawn and the great skills of Dr. Pathak I once again have two ways to breath. you guys are awesome
Dr. Pathak has looked after my ears for years and done a great job. Professional, attentive and answers all my questions. More importantly, his front office is managed by Dawn who is incredibly helpful and responsive and an absolute delight to deal with.
