Each time I have visited the office I have waited over thirty minutes in lobby then another 30 minutes in opertory. I have an on going medical condition that needs prompt attention. While Dr. Patel seems to be very caring he is disorganized along with his staff that always seems to be in a state of confusion as to what he wants or what they need to do. Blood tests had been ordered for me which I took care of. When my next visit came up Dr. asked me why I hadn't done them. I told him I did and when he asked one one the office... read more
