Dr. Patel dropped all her Medicare patients and didn’t tell us! No one will answer the phone when I call. This was terrible thing to do to us! She could have said something. What about taking an Oath to help People or is $$$ more important to you?
I’ve been a patient for quite a while. The staff are all professional, courteous and just plain nice!
I wanted to see them because I need a rheumatologist and i was refered here. They said I was discharged as a patient and refused to see me. I have never been here before so how would i be discharged? They said there was nothing I can do to fix this. It does not even make sence. I have CHP and there are only 2 rheumatogists in town that take it...It is rediculous that they would not look into or fix this wierd issue when they have never seen me before..Refusal of medical care in a town this size is a huge deal. I’ve been going here for over 10 years. Starting off at the age of 18. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming. Dr Patel has always supported me and what is medically the best decision.
