I left my first appt feeling worse than when I came in so I never went back. I was extremely depressed and after my appt I felt hopeless. She is cold, insensitive, and seems to lack common empathy. She offered no empowerment whatsoever. I was 8 months pregnant and shared with her about my abusive marriage. Her words to me were 'you are the cause of your own problems' with a straight emotionless face. I regret ever going there. Run the other way if you are thinking of choosing her!
I honestly have had a horrible experience with her, she’ll act like you’re lying, or even come off with a very disrespectful and threatening attitude. Please avoid at all costs!

Neelou saved my life! She listens and responds in ways that I NEED to hear and not necessarily what I WANT to hear. She is fantastic at what she does and I would recommend her every time.
Avoid at all costs. I don't know if she's overloaded, jaded, or just money seeking- but I feel like I'd be doing a disservice to not warn others. She strung me along for a month and I bent over backwards to get the documents she required. When she finally responded to me, it was in attempt to push a different (and unrelated) prescription on me.

We have a variety of issues we’ve been working through and Doctor Patel has been so wonderful in helping us work out our differences. She has helped everyone of us become happy again. She’s honestly saved my life! Highly recommend, especially for women, children & families!
