Doc is great. Staff sometimes stumbles.
Office doesn't do temp checks, MA and DR wears gloves but do not change them between patients nor do they wipe equipment down
Dr.Patel is number #1 And I will continue to see him he is excellent !
Long wait times, unfriendly staff .
Dr Patel is not only an excellent physician. he really listens to his paients! Just a wonderful person.
I took my elderly mother to her first appointment with this Doctor. I waited for over 30 minutes before I finally went to the front to ask what is taking so long and she was rude and shrugged her shoulders as she was playing on her cell phone. We finally went back and felt rushed and felt Doctor didn't listen. A few days later I called the Doctor to inform him she was having reaction to the medicine and he never called back. Called again and nurse stated "maybe he lost the message".
Dr. & most of his staff are great.His front desk has really changed.There used to be nice girls at it but not anymore.Getting an appointment is now tough.I shouldn't be asked 100 questions on why I need to see my dr & then be told he's booked.They do not go the extra mile anymore & the girl is so loud there's no sense of privacy.In the waiting room you can hear every call& even when they try to whisper to each other or make fun of other patients OR staff, It's just wrong. I Love the Dr but....:(
Dr Patel is the most caring physician I have ever had.
Dr. Patel is a wonderful physician. I have never known a doctor to actually answer their own phone. I was calling after hours expecting to leave a message and Dr. Patel picked up, asked me politely about my problem and I had a referral that night! The staff are great too. Everyone is really friendly and that is something that you can tell comes straight from the top. Dr. Patel is very efficient, you don't wait around to be seen, but yet he still takes time with every patient! Great!
