I had an appointment for my 4 year old twins at 2:30pm today. 40 minutes after my appointment time I was called inside to fill out paper work. I had a cloth covering on my face, as a face covering is required in all public places- but one of the receptionists, I believe her name is Misha, told me I need a mask and to reschedule my appointment. I am seeing this doctor over 5 years. Recently I made appointment for eye exam and I told them I lost my insurance .New insurance will be enroll on January 1st 2020. So I need to pay cash. The bad part is there policy for regular patients, they charged me like a new patient $200.00 . I paid cash. Staff and doctor are nice, I think mr Patel need to change there policy, unless in future, will get bad reviews and loose customer.
