Arrogant Cheaters Cheated with pricing and won't take stuff back as guy already swiped my card. They stacked boxes in a way that lower one was on top and you could not see the ones at the bottom. The guy with lots of gold chains around his neck at counter was rude

Patel Brothers is fanatic, outstanding, mind Blowing As i have read all the following reviews i felt very sad and i thought to write on these. I am customers for these stores since ten years and i never get any problem. Yeah i agree that there is long queue and they do fast but to cut the line not to charge double. Following people has something wrong with themselves. I think for following people our indian merchant are suitable. And these IDIOT people should scale first themseveles then scale for the stores.

good place for Indian groceries – I decided to visit this store on my trip to the DC area. I live about 4 hours away and was somewhat concerned about the negative reviews. By contrast to the experiences of the other reviewers, I personally had a pleasant experience at this store. The selection is good and the prices are reasonable. The clerks were friendly and priced and bagged the groceries correctly. They even took the groceries to my car. Patel Brothers is horrible Personally I don't like this store because of the employes bahave. These people are rude and proudy. They don't think that they are surving customer but they ruling t ocustomer like Palikea Bazar in Delhi. They always tried to cheat to customer. I have visited several times and never return with satisfaction. Now I decided not to go there anymore.

Patel Brothers is terrible Terrible cheaters. i have been cheated more than once by these guys i had to fight everytime i was cheated. be very careful. will never ever go to this store

Watchout I concur with other reviews. You got to be careful with these folks. They got sticky fingers. Also they are very rude. The only reason I am here because you can more variety.

Minus 5 stars for this store - Big Time Cheaters!!! I agree with some reviews here. The store managers deliberately charge you more than the items you purchase while they portray they have low prices compared to their competitors. This way they make more money. I wonder why they have god's idol on their desk, if they cheat customers. I have seen my friends being overcharged too. The sheet they provide doesn't list items only the price. This way they are free to fool their customers taking advantage of the long queue waiting ... read more

Cheating customers by Charging credit card without purchase My self and friend both bought groceries and paid by credit card. Store charged next week also for our credit card and debit card respectively. When we called to findout about the charge he made to our card owner was so arrogant, Also they cheat you by billing more items tha you buy

cheating here,they don't bag, all groceries you paid for watch out, they don't bag all groceries you paid for. That's how they make more money. Two of my items , that i paid for , the bagger, looks like owner's relative, did not bag it. Infact he hide it under the groceries bags.
