Patel Brothers is horrible Personally I don't like this store because of the employes bahave. These people are rude and proudy. They don't think that they are surving customer but they ruling t ocustomer like Palikea Bazar in Delhi. They always tried to cheat to customer. I have visited several times and never return with satisfaction. Now I decided not to go there anymore.
Good prices but small! We go to this place for most of our Indian grocery needs as they have lowest prices around. Wish we had other choices though. This place is very small and is a pain to shop. The owner is very rude at times and he has no customer service skills. He overcharges you at times if you are not watchful as the whole process of ringing up is manual.
Good place, and they have expanded now I used to be a regular shopper until another Indian store opened right next door but I still think Patel shop had lower prices.... and they have more than doubled their store size by acquiring the next door shop and breaking the wall in between... I wud like to mention is the fact that they honor the customers beyond shop timings... twice I went there on sunday night 8:40PM and 9:05PM respectively, and thought their closing hour is 8PM on Sunday, they keep patiently serving the customer... read more
Cheating customers by Charging credit card without purchase My self and friend both bought groceries and paid by credit card. Store charged next week also for our credit card and debit card respectively. When we called to findout about the charge he made to our card owner was so arrogant, Also they cheat you by billing more items tha you buy
Patel Brothers is fanatic, outstanding, mind Blowing As i have read all the following reviews i felt very sad and i thought to write on these. I am customers for these stores since ten years and i never get any problem. Yeah i agree that there is long queue and they do fast but to cut the line not to charge double. Following people has something wrong with themselves. I think for following people our indian merchant are suitable. And these IDIOT people should scale first themseveles then scale for the stores.
Good prices The place is painfully small to shop around- I mean everything is on shelves along the walls of the store with a central area with veggies and greens in one half and confectionaries in another. Although prices are great and one can buy in bulk, trip to the store is not fun.
cheating here,they don't bag, all groceries you paid for watch out, they don't bag all groceries you paid for. That's how they make more money. Two of my items , that i paid for , the bagger, looks like owner's relative, did not bag it. Infact he hide it under the groceries bags.
