Cheaters with Attitude I bought some items in bulk and was not able to use it. SO I wanted them to take it back (just like any other grocery store in US). They give me a hard time about it. After a long argument I threatened to call police then they agreed to let me buy other items for the amount. hrow
Patel Brothers' criticism for no reason Make sure you are good with others then others will be good to you. It is not a one side thing it is both side thing. Running a store with all imported stuff and fluctuating demand is not easy thing. I think availability is more important then quality standards of 70 different people.
Good prices but small! We go to this place for most of our Indian grocery needs as they have lowest prices around. Wish we had other choices though. This place is very small and is a pain to shop. The owner is very rude at times and he has no customer service skills. He overcharges you at times if you are not watchful as the whole process of ringing up is manual.
An indian shop should be like this This shop sets an exanple of what a normal indian expects a shop to be. This has everything for an indian from Kashmir to Cape comorin. Everything is availble at a nominal cost and is very fresh and clean, which is also very important.
Worst palce Worst place to buy the items, specially the curry puff and samosa look inside before eating. All the fungus.
Good place, and they have expanded now I used to be a regular shopper until another Indian store opened right next door but I still think Patel shop had lower prices.... and they have more than doubled their store size by acquiring the next door shop and breaking the wall in between... I wud like to mention is the fact that they honor the customers beyond shop timings... twice I went there on sunday night 8:40PM and 9:05PM respectively, and thought their closing hour is 8PM on Sunday, they keep patiently serving the customer... read more
Arrogant Cheaters Cheated with pricing and won't take stuff back as guy already swiped my card. They stacked boxes in a way that lower one was on top and you could not see the ones at the bottom. The guy with lots of gold chains around his neck at counter was rude
Patel Brothers is fanatic, outstanding, mind Blowing As i have read all the following reviews i felt very sad and i thought to write on these. I am customers for these stores since ten years and i never get any problem. Yeah i agree that there is long queue and they do fast but to cut the line not to charge double. Following people has something wrong with themselves. I think for following people our indian merchant are suitable. And these IDIOT people should scale first themseveles then scale for the stores.
Patel Brothers is horrible Personally I don't like this store because of the employes bahave. These people are rude and proudy. They don't think that they are surving customer but they ruling t ocustomer like Palikea Bazar in Delhi. They always tried to cheat to customer. I have visited several times and never return with satisfaction. Now I decided not to go there anymore.
