Staff were very friendly, but I had a horrible experience. I was assured that my insurance was accepted and that I would be given costs for extra tests I needed done that weren't covered by my insurance before they were done. I never received those numbers and the staff led me to believe that my already approved insurance would cover them. The whole process took a significant amount of time and was rather haphazard. My son was sick and I was able to get same day appt. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. The wait was short. :)
