My wife and I have gone to several outdoor-themed shops all over the country. This is by far the most friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive staff we've encountered. Found what we needed and found some amazing discounts on items I've had on my wishlist. Customer service here was amazing. Will make our way here again no doubt!!! Thank you all. Came here to exchange a shirt purchased at another Patagonia retailer. Patagonia’s official policy is that they exchange any products purchased anywhere at any shop, however this shop wouldn’t honour this policy. Very disappointing considering how much you pay for these products. Will not visit here again and will probably not buy Patagonia anymore if I won’t be able to exchange it. I’m glad the manager reached out and we were able to resolve this problem.
