The professionalism, the comfort, and timely appointments.
Dr. Do had a very welcoming smile and appearance. He also had a genuine interest in wanting to help me, heal and accommodate in the meantime. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Didn't collect all vital information for why I was there. He spent less than 5 minutes evaluating me.
Breaking a bone is never fun. But having a doctor and their staff who are caring, compassionate, and can still manage to have a little fun with you and share a laugh really helps make a bad situation a lot better. Throughout my 15 weeks from break to being released, I actually looked forward to my doctor appointments because of the wonderful staff.
Dr Do has immaculate bedside manner. He always takes time to answer all your questions but you never feel rushed. He is an exceptional surgeon and post-op pain control has never been unmanageable. I have seen him for nearly 10 years and still see him today. I refer to him and the other providers at MAO frequently. Tammy, his ARNP, is fabulous at well. He came right in and sat and talked with me and is going to do my surgery. He has done my husband's in the past and had did a wonderful job.
He listened accessed and made a plan to get me back to my activities.
DR.DO WAS ONE OF THE BEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET! HE WAS SO KIND AND CARING AND MADE ME FEEL CARED ABOUT!! HE IS DEFINITELY A GENUINELY CARING DOCTOR!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE..HE IS THE BEST!
