The provider I met with was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I did not feel that that they were pushing vaccines on me to rack up the bill - which was a worry of mine prior to the appointment. I will definitely use them again for any future travel vaccine/consultation needs.
Passport health did a wonderful job of giving me extensive information about the shots I would be receiving as well as giving me different options for medication for certain diseases and illnesses in the country I am traveling to. Not only that, but they did a great job of being very informative about my upcoming trip to Central America and gave me a traveling guide/itinerary for the country I'm going to.
Pretty unhappy with our experience there. We felt as if they were hustling vaccines trying to make a buck rather than providing us with quality service. They provided no information that we did not already have, and pushed (in a pretty aggressive and impersonal manner) several vaccines that CDC and WHO do not recommend for travelers in the areas we are visiting.
