Absolutely do not recommend. Not only is this the incorrect location (despite the building entrance being labeled as passport health - which is sent multiple times in reminder emails, upon calling the passport health call center I found that 1). There is no plan to remedy this misinformation and 2). You need to expect at least a 25 minute wait time whether you complete forms online in advance or not.
Very efficient, thorough, with great explanations of each vaccine while understanding our personal health issues. Grace was wonderful!
