Bait-and-Switch & Rude Service! Quoted one price for a regular manicure and pedicure, but once I sat down, they suddenly raised the price. I refused and I decided to cancel my service and walk out. I tried to pay for the polish removal, which was the only thing they did, but the owner tried to charge me for a full pedicure I never received. I called the police, who said they’ve had many complaints about this salon. Dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Get prices in writing or avoid this place!

I went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure on Wednesday. Thursday morning I noticed the polish had bubbled on two of my fingers and my toenail. I went back to the salon after work Thursday. They were very apologetic and re-painted all of my fingernails, corrected the big toe. I will definitely go back.

Never ever go this place.Main owner is rude n don’t know how to talk with customers.Most of the employees are without license n training.They reuse so many stuffs like flip flops n toe separater without sanitised.If u get any infection while doing pedicures n nails don’t hesitate to complain Newyork state board immediately for securing yourself.
