Stay away, save your money, and find a better place Horrible management who could keep you waiting on your application for weeks before you hear back from them on whether you are approved. Hard to call them or talk with them. Always send you to leave a message, unless you are lucky . There is MOLD.... Horrible internet speed (included in the rent and you have no choice over it)
Don’t expect quality repairs Ceiling leaks are common. Repairs take weeks. The last repair from Jan still hasn’t been painted. All they did was mud over the mold. The repair people broke the lid to my toilet in Oct and that was never replaced even after I have text messages with photos saying they would “right away”. Other/ better options are out there.
Amazing service! Recently divorced, so upset and my mind thinking of 1000 things a minute but I was surprised it was an extremely easy move in process. Frances was amazing to work with. I couldn’t have wished for a better place! Thank you!
You'll love it here! All around this is an excellent place to live! The property manager is so kind and helpful! I definitely would recommend this community!
RecommendedThe location is on point, but #1 reason for me to recommend PF is that you can have animals. No breed or weight restrictions! This is a deal breaker for many with pets. PF is also very accommodating for pet owners
Love Passenger Flats! I have lived here almost 1 year and I love it! Kat the property manager is always on top of things, very helpful and friendly. She resolves any and all problems quickly to my satisfaction. The apartments are well maintained, clean, I’ve never had any insects or seen any mold. They are pet friendly and every resident that lives here is friendly and neighborly! Very good experience, great staff! Passenger Flats offers an amazing deal. The $$ for the location is super good. And, the staff has been responsive to any and all needs. When I say "responsive", I mean that they respond to any communications quickly and even follow up (if needed) with written notes and emails to ensure that 'the issue' is taken care of. All-around good experience. I have had a good experience throughout my time as a Passenger Flats resident. Maintenance requests are always carried out within 24 hours, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. I love my apartment (there isn't a better price for the location and utilities/Wifi included) and it is nice to be able to walk to several restaurants, bars and other cool places from my home! Very satisfied with my time here.
