Great place to stay Everything is included and the staff is very sweet and works with you on everything.

Moved in June 2022 Would recommend for anyone for location and affordability. Moved here to Chatt in June after my job quickly relocated me. Being new to the state... I am grateful to have found something where everything is included like the electric and EPB internet. It's been over 15 years since I lived in an apartment complex. I have been pleased with how responsive/friendly the office and maintenance crew have been. I have the best view of the pool and sunsets!
Move away I have water damage in my apartment. My part of my ceiling was hanging down with parts of it on my floor when I checked my security camera when I was away. They said they “fixed it”. They just cleaned up the mess on my floor. My bathroom looks like the paint is melting away from the water leak that was pouring down my wall. The construction outside is a *^%#-show. Jackhammering all day. They promised me the pool would be done by summer when I moved in in April 2022. On their website they say two pools. It only has ... read more

2 Out of 5 Stars Pros: - The location in the heart of Chattanooga can’t be beat. - Having all utilities (heat, electric, internet, parking, etc.) all factored into the rent is convenient. Cons: - The property has a serious gnat problem due to the swamp in its center. When brought to management’s attention they will share that the gnats in your apartment aren’t a problem and that the pool is fine. - The construction everywhere has no end in sight. New owners New owners bought the complex in February and brookside properties now manages it. They’re increasing the rent by 300+ and have no upgrades aside from a convection oven and washer/dryer combo. There is constant construction and they haven’t finished a single project they have started since February. It is now august. I’d wait until reconstruction is done. New management is nice though.
