His office staff is inefficientThey answer the phone, 'Can you hold? EVERY time I called. I put up with this for years until I couldn't get my blood pressure med renewed. I had to leave numerous messages and then the doctor called me himself. I told him of my dismay and he told me I owed him $20. Now it's his turn to wait because his insurance secretary billed the wrong people and I had to chase after her to get it right. He is truly amazing! He is extremely thorough! He truly cares ! He is very caring and understanding and answers all concerns and questions. My family and friends are so thankful to have him as our doctor.

Dr. Passerello is a good doctor. Been seeing him for about 20 years. Always takes the time to listen to you. He doesn’t bite off more than he can chew. Errors in the side of caution. I’m ok with that. His nurses are wonderful .
After moving back to the area from FL, I was in need of many follow up tests. Unfortunately, my timing for all of it was at the start of the pandemic shutdown. I had contacted several doctors in the area and was refused to be seen due to the pandemic. I got a referral for Dr. Passarello from a friend. I called and they scheduled me the next day. Dr Pass (as we refer to him in our house) is a WONDERFUL family physician! I've been his patient for over 20 years. He is always attentive and actively engaged in what I have to say. Present him with a complex issue and he'll go above & beyond to help solve it. Also, unlike other Dr's, he's not afraid to say that he's not a specialist, and will make sure you to someone who is. Best family doctor I have EVER had. If Dr. Passarello isn’t sure of something he will be the first one to recommend that you are seen by a specialist. Dr. P is number 1 in my book.
Such a kind, knowledgeable physician with great staff.
Great bedside manner. Listens and explains well. Unfortunately he doesn't do anything. I don't care to take any more meds than I have to. If he has to do anything more than give you an RX to fix it he will just refer You to someone else. I can pretty much already know before going that if I go to him for treatment I will be sent to someone else. I have received better treatment at urgent cares that have none of my history. He will probably retire with severe carple tunnel from writing referrals.
