I had them for over 10 years and the system they put in wasn't what I needed. My hair was falling out and never knew why till I got a new water company come in. I called passaic to come and get system out and they told me I had to wait over 2 weeks to get it out. They are rude once you say you want the system out. They treat you like sh%&! They have horrible customer service. Name calling and everything!! Stay away!!
Love it! The taste is so much better and within 2 weeks my son's eczema has improved.
