I was a new customer. A pleasure to deal with. They were on time, and very knowledgeable.
I am not happy with the plumbing work. I would suggest purchase your own softener and hiring a reliable plumber. They didn’t listen to now I wanted it setup. Left me with a leak, without a drain which was there previously from the old setup. The sales person promised it would be setup to my specs and that was a total lie. The plumber didn’t listen to me and went about the fastest configuration possible not the best. Other than that the water softener is fine and water is much better.
I called and asked for someone to come by to see if my system timer could be repaired or replaced. The guy shows up late tests my water (which I did not ask for) he looks at my timer says it’s obsolete and the system needs to be replaced I got a new timer for $50.00 on Amazon and fixed it my self. Oh they sent me a bill for $133.00 I told them I would not pay it because the guy did not do anything. Two years later they threatened me they would go to collections And added $50.00 in late fees. It a shame they have a product that works but after your there customer the service goes out the window There is no follow threw They lie to cover there mistakes and leave you stranded and to fend for your self I guess that is what happens when dealing with large business Time to find a small company that still remembers how important customer service is
