RecommendedI love PB for their amazing customer service. They are a family run business and you can easily connect with the owners. Whenever we've had questions or problems we've heard back from them on the same day. You just don't get that kind of service anymore.
My installation was professional, very well done. The softener/filtering system is top notch. I saw results virtually immediately. Cold water first, then hot water within a day or so. I’ve had water softeners for the last 30 years. This is the first time I’ve gotten a whole house filtering system with it. My tap water tastes as good as bottled water and I’ve eliminated the watwer filters in the refrigeratot and the coffee maker. Don’t need them. My results were better than expected.
My water softener started bugging out about 7 months ago, regenerating daily, going thru salt and water like crazy. I finally called for service and got a perfect window to meet my schedule. He arrived a few minutes early (which was AWESOME!) And knew exactly what to do to fix my issue. He was prompt and knowledgeable and did not rob me for unnecessary parts. I will not hesitate to call again if there's any problems, but I don't think I'll have to bc it was fixed right the first time!!
Thanks to the salt delivery guy for always being prompt and carrying those big bags of salt to the basement for me!

Passaic Bergen is by far, the BEST!! No matter who comes to the house for service, whether it is to install , change filters, whatever... they are super nice!! No ifs, ands or buts!!! The BEST!!
