Don’t move here or visit. I am visiting a friend haven’t been here 24 hrs and my vehicle was broken into and the office Manager Michelle was very nonchalant about it and stated “ crime happens everywhere” showed zero compassion at all! I will never leave my car here again. Just a heads up.
This is home. I have been here 10 years so I'm not about to "bash" it. That would make me sound dumb. I know a good thing when I see it. Management is great and so is maintenance. Thanks you guys for taking care of us.
My brother has lived here for a year n a half, they are attentive to issues and helpful when needed. The grounds are kept well and buildings are sturdy.
I have a family member who has lived here for over 5 years. At first rent was affordable, the apartments are older. The gate has been broken since she has lived here, the A/C had gone out several times during the 100° heat of summer. They did provide a very small window unit in the back bedroom. The fireplace has been out of service going on 3 years. She was told they would upgrade to an electric one, never happened. Then she was told it's for looks only.
