So Disappointed This office is so unorganized. Yes, it is a new office, but the service is below pityful. This doctor must be cheap, because she has no front desk person. The two ladies who were there, who knew what they were doing is no longer there, which is a mystery. Two people don't just leave at the same time.

Aweful! If Dr Pass - Dudley has a personality or a sense of humor, my family has never seen it. I went to see her three times in 18 months, and in all three visits, she never said a single word to me. Not even "hello" or "open wide". Her staff is fine, and the hygenists are thorough, but the Dr has no bedside manner whatsoever. As soon as our insurance would allow us to, we RAN to another dentist.

Great Dentist Ok, so maybe going to Dr. Passs office isnt always enjoyable, but her experienced hygienists are always very friendly and make the time spent with that cursed metal hook in your mouth pass by as easily as possible. And Dr. Pass has is an excellent, thorough dentist with a lively presence and a great sense of humor. They seem to be accepting new patients, so you can typically get an appointment before next Christmas. I cant recommend them enough (I mean, for a dentist).
