For people who don’t use a car to get into the building, the only ways to access it are through the main entrance or the Verstandig Pavilion even though you can physically see the building. The hospital plainly doesn’t value transit in DC.
First time in the new building; very spacious, nice and comfortable.
The Allergy Department is impossible to deal with. Ms. Walker, the administrator or scheduler, refuses to schedule you if she doesn't care for your health insurance or like what part of DC you live in. She will first tell you that she doesn't see your referral in their system. Then when you call back a few hours later, she acts as if she doesn't remember speaking with you just 2 hours prior.
