Went to get the roots taken out of a tooth that broke off under the gum line. Terrible experience! Office so outdated. Put in room with no place to spit anything out, could not rinse at all. Numbing did not work, had to do again. Tools to remove looked ancient and unclean. Blood in mouth just removed by shoving gauze in my mouth. Unprofessional, to say the least. I wanted to post this concerning an incident at Dr.Pasquals office, I was there having an extraction. When a patient came in, starting screaming and yelling at the staff. The staff did everything to try to calm him down. It just got worse, he struck both Dr Pasqual and the other doctor that was there. He ripped out his iv line, pushing the nurse in the room. My first time to this office and I’ve gotten teeth pulled in the past but my experience today was traumatizing. I was told I shouldn’t feel any pain because of the numbing but felt the worst pain I ever felt. I kept saying it hurt but he kept going.I left damn near in tears. I would not recommend.
Conveniently located in the South Hills . Busy office , a good sign of thriving dental practice .
