You won't be sorry you chose PASPA – I have been visiting PASPA PT for far longer than I care to admit. This is by no means through the fault of my physical therapist or the treatment I have received. On the contrary, they have made a very long & difficult recovery bearable and even enjoyable. I have never met a nicer group of professionals. They are courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and very very personable. The facility is clean, fully equipped and very pleasant. I've had experience with other PT facilities and wh... read more
the highest quality of care – I have been a patient a few times in the past for various injuries and have always received great treatment on my road to recovery. Over the years the place has expanded and has transformed for the better. The variety of equipment and treatment methods have made my experiences enjoyable. The clinic has a comfortable environment with friendly staff. The location and long hours makes it easy to keep appointments.
Physical Therapy made fun. – I found Paspa to be a pleasant experiance. The Doctor and the Aides are wonderful. The facility has a large gym and late hours. Everyone there is also very friendly. I have been going there for 3 months now and i am more then satisfied with the level of care I've recieved. I give them a 10.
Uncomfortable – My therapist made me uncomfortable. I do not consider myself homophobic but the way he touched me seemed a little too hands on. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the front desk was efficient in booking my appointments. Location is convenient but I think I will ask my doctor for another place to go for my lower back pain.
Excellent Therapists! – I was referred to Paspa PT after a secondary side-effect injury following a surgery. Not only were they knowledgeable, educated, and friendly, but they did an excellent job on both the second injury as well as helping me with some residual strength and range of motion problems from the first injury. I would certainly recommend them for any range of issues requiring PT. I just wish my insurance company hadn't decided that I was healthy and cut me off.
Great facility – My experience with Paspa was a great experience. The therapy helped me alot. I really enjoyed the great and friendly workers, they were there to answer every question that I had. The front desk was great with my co-pay setups and they were very friendly. The only complaint that I can say is that sometime my therapist kept we waiting a little too much but other wise everything was great!! If you need physical therapy this is the place to go.
Total professionals – As a personal trainer, I'm a discerning customer. My previous experiences with physical therapy (on more than one occasion!) involved "hot pack, a couple of latex band exercises, electric stimulation, ice pack" After rotator cuff surgery, my surgeon at the Hospital for Special Surgery assured me that rehab at Paspa would be different....It sure was! Not only did I regain full use of my left shoulder, but my therapist helped me to transition back to my gym routine. I also learned a lot about avoiding inj... read more
Rapid recovery from Achilles tendon rupture – I ruptured my Achilles tendon and had surgery in June. I've got to say that the real healing happens in physical therapy. I had no range of motion and couldn't walk. Pam Paspa has guided me through a multi-month regimen of on-site and at home exercises and I am healing beautifully. I am walking normally and increasing my strength to the point where I will be able to play sports again. The facility is clean, spacious and the staff is very friendly, cheerful and caring. They also d... read more
Top Shelf Physical Therapy – This is by far the best physical therapy facility I have ever visited and I have been to several both here in Manhattan and Long Island. Pam Paspa and her staff have been providing me with excellent treatment over the past year for both my lower back pain and rehabilitation after shoulder surgery. All of the therapists who have treated me (and I have seen them all over the past year!) possess more than the requisite experience, skill and compassion. Moreover, the level of care is enhanced by an a... read more
